I cannot make this up, this is literally a gel pedicure I got done today! Worst pedicure ever. The gel literally came off and it hasn’t even been 10hrs yet.

I’ve been going to K Nails for several years now and every time I’m there I feel like part of the family. Karen is excellent at what she does and although I don’t get the beautiful designs on my nails that she’s famous for, I always get an awesome manicure and I get tons of compliments on my nails!

I've never felt so rushed getting my nails done! This place was awful or at least the lady who did my nails! She literally made 3 of my nails overly thick while 2 of them are super thin with dip powder (which does use a drill even though they advertise that they don't use the drill with it in the front of the store) She cut my cuticles with the drill at least 4 times and it BURNED when they put the oil on where the cuts were. At the end she knew I wasn't happy so she made the guy next to her finish my service. So if you need your nails done in 30 minutes or less this is your place but if you want good looking nails don't waste your money here. All different thicknesses

Staff is very friendly but spent $48 dollars to get my nails done a certain way and they came out terrible. Went back today to see if the woman could correct it, she tried but it just came out looking worse. She said nothing is guaranteed, which is fine but if I show you a picture of something (nothing complicated) and I’m told it can be done then you expect the same outcome. The first pic is how they were supposed to look, the second pic is immediately after and the third pic is immediately after she tried to fix it because the matte went away completely.

Over PRICED. The male tech that works at location Does a Highly POOR Job on quality and execution and cleanliness! Visited location Jan 20/22 had a pedicure and fill-in, wanted a gold metallic color finish for both nails and feet. Of course they stated I had to use gel(which is extra $$)for that look. The nail tech who did my pedicure did a mediocre job and did Not understand me(bad shaping,minimum cuticle cutting etc) The male tech Smelled like cigarettes and did Not sanitize when coming inside to assist me. He used his FINGER to add gold metallic finish and soon after the last coat of gel polish The Gold WAS Rubbing OFF! Just such A WAIST Of My Money! My left thumb nail chipped OFF Jan 23/22. All Around a POOR JOB, Highly DISAPPOINTED! This set looks Old already and it Hasn't been a Full 7day week!

I've been going to Kelly for some years now she's the best nail tech in the area. She's always available on emergencies she will fit you in on appointments with no waiting period. I love her she's a great listener and do your nails exactly how you want them. If you're in the Cobb area go check out Kelly

Unable to get design, they one person that know how told me i would have to wait 1hour for two nails to put thin lines. The last doing my nails didn't know how, she said she is too lazy to learn. So i couldn't get my nails the way i wanted. So i had to pick a horrible plain color and this was hell nails. I'm tired of giving people my money and they can care less..... don't go here!
